An agentic meeting platform where AI agents file issues, draft documents, and update your knowledge graph during video calls.
About

A look at tana.inc
Tana is an agentic meeting platform that performs work during native video calls on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or in Tana-hosted calls. AI agents listen to meetings, answer questions in real-time, file issues directly into trackers, draft emails and documents, log decisions with owners, and update CRM systems—all before the call ends.
Every call feeds into a shared knowledge graph that connects decisions, issues, customers, and people. The platform proposes actions during meetings, which team members accept or dismiss before anything is filed or sent. Data stays with the people who were in the room, with granular access controls.
Tana integrates with tools like Linear, Jira, GitHub, HubSpot, Slack, Google Calendar, Outlook, and coding assistants like Claude Code and Cursor through MCP. The platform supports 33 languages and is SOC 2® Type 2 certified and GDPR compliant, with HIPAA in progress.

Questions
Does anything join my calls?
No. Tana runs on your computer and captures the call locally. Nothing appears in the participant list on Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet, and no bot joins on your behalf. If you host the call in Tana instead, the assistant is simply part of the room.
Will it file or send anything without asking me?
No. Tana proposes, a person decides. Every issue, email, CRM update, and decision shows up as a proposal you can accept, edit, or dismiss during the call or after it. Changes to what your team already knows are shown as diffs before they land, so the graph stays accurate.
Where does what is said in my meetings go, and who can see it?
Data goes into your team's knowledge graph in Tana and nowhere else. Access follows the people who were in the room: a meeting is visible to its attendees unless someone shares it further. Your data is never used to train AI models. Tana is SOC 2® Type 2 certified and GDPR compliant, with HIPAA in progress.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
Yes. Issues go to Linear, Jira, or GitHub; deal notes to HubSpot; updates to Slack; invites to Google Calendar or Outlook; and follow-up emails are drafted for you to send. Coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor read the same context through MCP. There is also a public API for anything else.
What about my data?
Your data is yours. You will have access to it even if you downgrade or cancel your plan. You will be able to export it to other systems.
