How it started
Neil Lock co-founded Zinn Hub with Natalie Lock, and he leads it as its CEO. He built the platform himself. He has worked in technology for more than 25 years, building software, search and hosting.
Why it exists
Zinn Hub was built around one aim: freelancing that is fairer to sellers and to buyers. Sellers start at 0% commission and can grow a brand of their own, while buyers get vetted sellers and real guidance from a team that answers.
What he built
Every part of it runs in 46 languages. Listings, briefs, messages and reviews translate in both directions, and a live call can be carried by captions or by a spoken translated voice. Sellers are paid instantly through their own Stripe or PayPal, and there are six ways to be paid out, crypto among them. KYC checks and vetting come before anyone sells, and platform payments are escrow-protected.
