Neil Lock is a co-founder of this site and its developer. He designed it, built it and wrote every system that runs behind it. Software, search and hosting have been his work for more than 25 years in technology. It all began in childhood with the family farm's computers, a Commodore 64 and a ZX Spectrum. His own companies are PBN LTD, an AI hosting platform for SEOs, and Zinn Digital®, an AI-first hosting and SEO platform. Zinn Hub, a freelance marketplace for digital services, is the company he co-founded with Natalie Lock, his partner in life and in business; he is its CEO and builds much of the platform himself.
