entering a code
Go to /cart and look for 'Have a code?'. Type it in and select the button to apply it. The discount shows straight away, and again at checkout. You can take it off in the cart if you change your mind.
Codes work as either a percentage or a fixed amount. The discount comes off the price before VAT is added; VAT, where it applies, is then worked out on what you pay after the code. Some codes only work on certain products, or they may be limited to a set number of uses or a date. If yours does not work on something in your cart, the cart tells you why.
Billboard contributions cannot be discounted, since the billboard is ranked by the actual money given.
how gifts and offers work
When veyza launch gives you something free or at a lower price, you'll get an email with a link. It also appears at /account/gifts once you sign in with that address.
A free gift goes straight onto whichever listing you choose. It works exactly as though you had paid for it. A reduced-price offer goes through the normal cart and checkout; you pay the price we've set, plus VAT where due.
Some gifts have an expiry date next to them. If you do not yet have a listing, add your product first at /submit, then come back.
A code is never added on top of a gift or offer. If an item already has one, it gets no further discount.

- Add your product at /submit first. Then sign in and your gifts or offers will be ready to use.
- can a code and a gift work together?
- No. If an item already carries a gift or offer, a code cannot be applied to it as well.
- what if my code doesn't work?
- The cart explains why. It might be limited to certain products, a number of uses, or a date. Check you're using the right code for what's in your cart.
