What is an editorial founder feature?

A paid article written from your story, reviewed by an editor, then featured on the site and in the newsletter.

Updated

The article

An editorial founder feature ($29) tells the story of the person behind a listing. We write it only from what you share with us: your founder profile, the facts on your listing, and the story you add to your account. One of our editors then reads and edits it. Nothing goes in that we cannot back up from what you gave us.

What happens next

Once published, the piece is marked "Editor's feature", placed on the founders page at /founders, and included in the newsletter. We send you the link by email.

The timeline

After you pay, we email you when to expect it: 3 working days. You'll hear from us again when editing begins, and once more when it goes live.

Make it better

The more detail you give us, the richer the read. You can add to your founder story at /account/founder/story right up until publication. Each detail helps us write something that feels true to you.

How to order

It's offered during the listing submission at /submit. See current pricing at /pricing.

Questions people ask

Can I change my founder story after I buy the feature?
Yes. You can add to your story at /account/founder/story until the article is published. Whatever you add helps shape the final piece.
Is the editor making things up?
No. The editor only uses what's in your founder profile, your listing facts, and your founder story. Anything we can't verify is left out.
Where will people see it?
It appears on the founders page at /founders, marked as an editor's feature, and goes into the weekly newsletter.
