Refunds, take-downs and your rights
How refunds work on Veyza Launch, what happens when a listing is taken down, and your statutory rights.
Updated
What the terms say
Once paid, a purchase is final (see the terms). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Taken down by us
Every take-down of a paid listing has a reason chosen by our staff, and that reason decides the refund. Our decision or our mistake means a full refund of everything paid for the listing, sent automatically to the original payment method, with a credit note. Rule-breaking listings (against the terms or the acceptable use policy) are not refunded at all, add-ons and multi-site listings included. The listing and its paid extras come off the site; we let you know.
Bundles, crypto
Where one listing of a multi-site purchase is taken down by our own decision, the refund is that site's share, and the rest stay live. Paid with crypto? We refund by hand once we have your wallet address.
Chargebacks
A disputed or reversed payment takes down everything bought with that order until the dispute is settled; if it goes our way, it can be restored.
Small print
First-order promo codes become usable again after a full refund. Two Featured orders, one refunded: the listing keeps the days of the other. The dates of a refunded sponsorship are put back on sale.
