Adding a monthly revenue figure to your listing
Self-reported revenue on Veyza Launch: what you enter, what visitors see, and the separate tables on the leaderboard.
Updated
Why add revenue
If you want visitors to know what your company makes, you can add one monthly revenue figure in US dollars. Visitors can tell it is your figure, because it is marked self-reported. Leaving it out is fine. Owners report the figure themselves, as can listing managers.
Entering the figure
To add a figure, sign in and visit /account/revenue. Choose the company's card, enter one month's revenue and its month, and submit.
Limits
A future month is not accepted, and neither is one more than two years back. Visitors never see the proof link; our staff do. Proof links must be public pages on https. Enter a positive amount.
Display
Visitors see the amount with the word self-reported, the month it covers and the date you reported it. If your company is listed on other sites too, they show the same figure. The figure goes on your listing and onto the revenue leaderboard.
Leaderboard
The revenue leaderboard at /leaderboards/revenue keeps verified and self-reported figures in separate tables. Revenue never touches the community votes.
Later changes
A new figure replaces the old one, and Remove takes it off every page. Our staff may hide a figure that breaks the rules; every change stays in the history.
Revenue we verify
Want a figure visitors can rely on more? Verified revenue lives at /account/revenue/verified (sign in first). It is open to the owner and to managers of the listing. Paste a read-only Stripe key or a read-only Paddle key and we read your monthly revenue ourselves. No key for PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad or other providers: for those you upload the month's statement, and our team checks it.
Matching is automatic. A Stripe account whose display name or statement text matches your company or website, or a Paddle account whose approved checkout domain is your website, is verified on the spot. Otherwise our team checks it, and you hear what they decided.
Your listing then shows one combined figure for the last finished month, marked verified, with each source and its amount and the date it was last checked. It takes the place of the self-reported figure while it is shown, and it goes in the verified table at /leaderboards/revenue. Not in US dollars? We convert it at the ECB's official average rate for the month and say so next to the figure (for example, converted from GBP).
The key is kept encrypted, and a Stripe key with more than read access is turned away before it is saved. We re-read connected accounts about once a day. You can disconnect or remove any source at /account/revenue/verified whenever you like, and its figure is taken down.
