Your listing's video
Your listing's one video: accepted links, where to change it and the weekly check.

Videos on a listing
Videos play on the listings with the full profile, which is a paid launch. A free listing shows the video section, locked. There is one main video, shown at the top of the screenshots.
Which links work
YouTube in all its forms (normal, youtu.be, Shorts, embed, live), Vimeo with private links, Loom, Wistia, Vidyard, Dailymotion and TikTok all work, as does an .mp4 or .webm on your company's website. X/Twitter posts, playlists and channel links are turned down, with an explanation on the form.
Change or remove it
From /account/listings, press Edit on your listing and go down to Video. Paste one link, check the title we show for it, then save the form. Profile sections > Video does the same job and also lets you give the video your own title and a one-line description.
You can have one video on a listing. Saving another link changes it; Remove, or an empty box, takes it away.
How they play
Playback starts only when a visitor presses play - nothing loads from the host before that (youtube-nocookie, Vimeo do-not-track). Next to the video: title, description, length and upload date (when the host gives them) and a 'Watch on <site>' link.
One company, every site
Videos are attached to the company: every site where it is listed plays them. For search and AI tools, the video has structured data, appears in the video sitemap and is named in llms.txt.
If a video goes away
Weekly re-checks hide videos that are removed, private or not embeddable, email the owner once, and restore them automatically.
