How to set up your notifications
Decide which messages you receive, how often they arrive, and whether they come by email, Telegram or Slack.

Pick your channel and rhythm
Go to /account/notifications to shape what lands in your inbox. For each type of notice, you choose:
- where it goes: email, Telegram or Slack (Telegram and Slack connect via your own bot or webhook)
- how often: instant, daily digest, weekly digest, or off entirely
If you use Telegram or Slack, you can also set quiet hours so notifications pause during times you pick.
Notices that always come through
Some messages cannot be switched off. These cover what you need to run smoothly: transaction receipts, refunds, payment issues, disputes, changes to your listing status, a listing flagged to your founder profile, a missing badge, and security alerts such as a new device signing in or an email address being updated.
Unsubscribe from one type
Each notice email includes a link to unsubscribe from that kind only. Use it to turn off just that notice type without touching the rest of your settings.
