what opens and closes in a listing profile
Free listings show four sections as locked. A paid launch opens them all, and makes your website link a followed link.

the four sections
Every listing has four optional sections that a free listing keeps locked. founder story tells the story behind the product, shown with a link to a dedicated page. milestones are dated steps in the product's timeline. demo video is a link to video. dofollow website link makes your website link a followed link. two more are open on every listing, free ones too: screenshots, a gallery of your product, and comparisons, which shows the alternatives.
what locked means
On a free listing, all four sections appear as locked. What you write in them is kept; the moment you unlock a section, it shows to visitors. The website link on a free listing is nofollow.
how to unlock
Upgrade your listing to a paid launch ($5) to open all four sections and change your website link to dofollow. Sign in, visit /account/listings and find 'upgrades and extras' next to your listing.
always there
Name, tagline, description, features, category, faqs, social links, logo, homepage screenshot, your own screenshots and comparisons are on every listing from the start. You can change them at any time through /account/listings.
