About Customer Support & Success
Support is the quiet part of a product. It begins after the sale, when someone is stuck, confused or simply has something to say. This page gathers the tools and services that carry that work, from shared inboxes and chat windows to written guides and ways of collecting opinions.
Use the four subcategories below, or stay on this page to see everything together and narrow it with the filters. The newest launches sit at the top. Switch to community votes if you would rather see what readers rate highly; votes cannot be purchased. Each listing has one main category, chosen at submission and included free. Founders who want to be found in further categories can pay to add them.

Customer Support & Success: questions answered
- What belongs in Customer Support & Success?
- Anything built to look after people once they have signed up or bought: ticket handling, chat, self-service guides and ways to gather opinions. Tools for winning new customers are better placed in other categories, so choose the one that matches the daily job.
- How do I pick the right subcategory?
- Start with the job your product does first. Managing incoming questions suggests help desk. Talking to visitors live or automatically suggests chat. Publishing answers points to knowledge bases, and collecting opinions to feedback. You get one main category, so choose the one a buyer would search for.
- How do I get listed here?
- Go to /submit and paste in your website address. A draft profile is written from your site, then you read it, change whatever is wrong and approve it before it goes live. A paid launch costs $5; a free listing waits in a queue of about 1-2 weeks.
- How are listings ordered?
- New launches appear first by default. Visitors can re-sort by community votes instead. Those votes come from readers and can never be bought, so a high position reflects interest rather than spend. The filters then trim the list to what suits your team.
- What should I compare when choosing a support tool?
- Look at how fast your team could be running, whether the features match real needs rather than a long list, how customers will reach you, and whether your data can leave if you switch. A plain, readable pricing page is also a good sign.
