A free, Taglish-first freelance guidebook for Filipinos, with quoting and billing templates and a hiring track for businesses
PinoyFreelance.PH is a free resource site that explains freelancing in the Philippines in Taglish, from BIR registration and finding clients to setting rates and receiving payments. It serves Filipino freelancers at every stage and also offers a hiring guide for local and international business owners. On the strength of its public pages, it is a well-organised, clearly local and openly disclosed starting point, best used alongside professional advice on tax and legal matters.
Key takeaways
- The site states that every guide, tool and resource is free, with no paywall, no hidden fees and no registration required.
- Content is organised into six hubs that follow the practical order of a freelance career, plus a dedicated track for buyers.
- A rate calculator in PHP and USD sits beside contract, proposal and invoice templates aimed at the Philippine market.
- The Zinn Hub connection is disclosed on the about page, and the maker says Norman Galanza is a Zinn Hub Ambassador and freelancer.
- The terms, last updated on 30 April 2026, frame peso amounts and rates as general guidance, and the contact page says the site does not give personalised legal or financial advice.
- The home page shows two hub articles so far and says more are on the way, so readers may want to check how deep each topic currently goes.
