Other
A quiet shelf for launches that resist a label: products and businesses without a better home among the named categories on this site.
Open sponsor spot. $19 for 7 days puts your company at the top of Other, labelled Sponsored. See how it works. It never moves a vote.

About Other
Some work does not sort neatly. A tool that straddles three trades, a service with no obvious shelf, a small project that is simply its own thing. This page holds those launches, kept together so they are easy to find and easy to read.
Treat it as a last stop, not a first one. Look through the named categories before you settle here, because a closer match puts your listing on the page for that field. If nothing sits right, this is the correct place, and nothing about it counts against you.
Each entry is a product or business page like any other on the site, with filters to narrow the list. The newest launches appear at the top. Readers who prefer to see what the community rates highly can change the sort to votes, and votes are never for sale. Expect variety here, and take your time browsing.
Other: questions answered
- What belongs in Other?
- Launches that honestly match no named category: unusual hybrids, niche services, experiments and one-off projects. Check the other categories first. A closer match helps the right readers find you, so use this page only when no better shelf exists.
- How do I get a listing into this category?
- Open /submit and start with your site's URL. A draft profile is generated from your pages, then you review and rewrite every field before it is published. Choose Other as your single main category, which is free. A paid launch costs $5, while a free listing waits about 1-2 weeks.
- In what order do the listings appear?
- The newest launches sit at the top by default. Visitors can switch the sort to community votes instead. Votes cannot be bought, so that ordering reflects what readers chose, not what a founder paid for.
- Can a listing here also appear in another category?
- Yes. Every listing has one main category, included free. An optional paid upgrade widens the listing across further categories, so a product can sit here and also in a more specific field if that describes it better.
- What should I look for when comparing products in Other?
- Because the range is wide, start with the profile: does it say plainly who the product is for, what it does and how it is offered? Then use the vote sort to see which ones the community found useful, and use the filters to narrow the list.
